Gifts of cash
Gifts of cash may be made in support of Land Securement.  Cheques or Credit Cards are accepted.  Please download and fill in the Membership Form and mailed to: Lake Clear Conservancy P.O. Box 141 Eganville, Ontario K0J 1T0

Outright gift of land
Based on appraised value. Donor may continue to live on the land and receive a tax receipt for the full value of the land.

Conservation Easement
Future use is restricted to protect natural values. Ownership is not relinquished. LCC does annual inspections.

Bequests
Donations by Will may be a specific property or a specific amount or a % of net estate or the residue after other specific bequests.

Gifts of securities
Rather than selling the securities to donate the proceeds, there are advantages to donating the actual securities. Please contact you financial advisor for specific advantages for your situation.

Gifts of existing life insurance
The LCC may be made the beneficiary and owner of a policy now, or the beneficiary of a policy upon death.

Gifts of new life insurance
Donors may choose to take out new life insurance, pay the annual premium and make the LCC the owner and beneficiary of the policy.

Gifts of items of value
Property, such as works of art, may be given to the LCC. The LCC will sell the item.  Donors will receive a tax receipt that may decrease their income taxes payable (Please check with your financial advisor as how the gift may benefit your specific situation).  For more information or to make a gift please contact us at lcc@lakeclear.org.
