Message from the President, Judy Bates:

Hello to all!

The LCPOA Board extends a huge thank you to all the members who attended the AGM on Saturday.  The weather was horrible but we were able to get through the agenda in 1.5 hours.  With the exception of some amendments, all of the motions as circulated in advance of the AGM were passed.  The members in attendance did vote to discontinue the current scholarship program and replace it with the J. Lecuyer Environmental Fund.  We will send out further information on this and all other motions after the September Board meeting.

The LCPOA Board:

President, Judy Bates
Past President, Lorne Monahan
Vice President, John Earle
Secretary, Kathleen Kearney
Treasurer, Vacant (please consider offering to fill this position)
Membership Director, Lianne Pepper
Environment Director, John Taker
Public Relations and Communications Director, Colleen Beanish
Members at Large, Carolyn Desjardins, Jean Davies and Herb Weckwerth

We thank all of you for your continued support and look forward to working towards our common goals this year.

Enjoy the remainder of the summer. Stay safe, and healthy.

Judy Bates

Hi,

I am reaching out to you on behalf of the Eganville an Area Community Development Group (EACDG) which started in the fall of 2016 with the goal of improving the area for all to enjoy.

One of our major projects is the new waterfront which we are well on our way to fund raising.

Many property owners on Lake Clear have either roots, memories or some sort of attachment to Eganville and as such maybe interested in being part of history as outlined in the attachment.

Might it be possible that this could be posted to the Lake Clear web site and face book page please for all to see?

Cheers,

Don Bishop

Our family had a hand built cottage on the lake for decades. I wrote this song in 1990 and produced this song just a few years ago. Feel free to share and feedback is appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris Fortier
